Immediately after signing up for services, you will receive an email directing you to your DooGoodScoopers customer portal, along with your login credentials. Once there, you will be able to manage every aspect of your account.

4. Add Payment Method

Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Set up automatic payments via credit or debit card, and we'll handle the rest — generating your invoice and emailing you a receipt, with all records accessible in the customer portal. Accounts with unpaid balances will be removed from the service schedule.
